90 days until the Nationals. I’m gunna eat sleep and breathe it as much as I can. Cut down on the sugar and the carbs. More fruit and water. More stretching, more strengthening, more practicing. Less laying on the couch, more productiveness. If I want this I’m gunna have to make it happen.
